1. Replacing “DRIVER” with “AADHAR SARTHI”: In Indian mythology, sarthi means “Bhagwan Krishna” who drove Arjun’s chariot in kurukshetra and banged victory. Similarly, a driver drives us safe to the home despite all inconveniences and dangers faced while driving.
  2. Half day workshop as “Driver’s Training Program”: We plan to keep a half day drivers’ training program on highways, dhaba or any suitable place all over Rajasthan and India, which will have five segments:
    • Defensive driving lessons
    • Advanced driving lessons
    • First aid and cpr training
    • Legal lessons regarding driving rules and regulations, insurance laws and claims and how to deal during legal controversies.
    • Mental, medical and emotional training
  3. Furthermore, we have observed the difference in drivers running a/c vehicles and non a/c vehicles. The former enjoy healthy mental state than the latter. So it’s needed to revise old chambers and provide them better rest shelters and food facilities.
  4. We want to conduct further surveys of commercial vehicle and drivers to maximise efficiency of work as well as improving state of drivers.
  5. Standardizing working hour and remuneration
  6. Holding eye test camps, medical camps and providing free spectacles on highways.
  7. Driving training camps for commercial female drivers and conductors
  8. She taxi: as women are more sensitive and careful while driving and are more trusted with female passengers.
